New Endorsement

I am incredibly thankful to the Allegheny County Constables Association for their recent endorsement! In Pennsylvania, constables fulfill various important functions at the municipal level and are statutorily authorized to perform services for the Courts. These services can include assisting in the security and daily functions of the District Magistrate’s courtroom operation, as well as serving warrants and writs (such as subpoenas, summonses, etc.), transporting inmates to and from jail for court hearings, and performing landlord tenant evictions, among other tasks. As you can imagine, the support from a cohort so critical to the day-to-day operations of the District Court system means so much!
