Small Data Sets Lead to Skewed Facts

While one could make the statement that the districts immediately bordering ours (05-3-03) have elected Magisterial District Judges with law degrees, this is an intentionally narrow scope. When you take a look from a more holistic vantage point, the fact is that the majority of currently sitting magistrates in both Allegheny County and across the state of Pennsylvania are not attorneys.
